Greetings in Christ all, if you know of anyone interested in living right around the block from St. Catherine of Siena in NW Denver, please let me know. St. Catherine's has the most beautiful adoration chapel in Denver, and it is open 24/7. The parish is ministered by the Community of the Beatitudes, Fr. Jacques Phillipe’s order, a French Carmelite-inspired charismatic community. Not only that, but the only picture we have of Servant of God Julia Greely is from a park two blocks away; the neighborhood is her old stomping grounds! 

The space for rent is this charming 19th century house in excellent shape with nice wood trim, two bedrooms, updated appliances, and plenty of storage. It is part of a duplex, and my wife and I would be on the other side. Rent would be $2300, although that is negotiable. Access to one garage is included in rent, with options to add more. It is less than a five minute walk from great pizza, Starbucks, a great car mechanic, and Mexican food. Within a 15 minute walk are many nice shops and restaurants, as well as a Leevers Locavore. Within a long walk or easy biking distance are the main strips of Sunnyside and the Highlands, as well as Regis’s library and a Safeway.
