Female Roommate Needed February 2020 - Boulder Area

Hi All, 

I am moving to the Boulder area for a job in February 2020 and I am looking for a female roommate to split an apartment or town-home. I am hoping to keep rent under $1200/person. Currently, I live in Dallas, Texas. I work as a scientist and will be starting with a new company. I don't have any pets, but I am open to a dog. I am pretty quiet and very clean (biggest pet-peeve is a dirty kitchen and sink). Let me know if you are interested and we can find time to chat on the phone!
