Room available in Lowry

I'm looking for a female roommate to join me in my Lowry townhouse.  It's a 2 bed, 1.5 bath with plenty of parking and a washer dryer.  Rent is $700 and includes utilities, internet, and cable.  I have a sweet and friendly cat.  I'm open on the length of lease and the room is available anytime.  It's a great neighborhood for walking, plus a nice outdoor patio. About me: I'm 33 and own a local chocolate shop.  I am generally pretty quiet and like hanging out at home.
