Broomfield 1BR w/ Private Bathroom, $800/Month by April 1st

Hello Everyone!

My husband and I are looking to rent our finished basement room/private bathroom in our house in Broomfield. The house is located near the Broomfield Commons Open Space off of Midway. The neighborhood is very quiet and situated in a great location between Broomfield, Thornton, and Westminster. We are a young couple who spend a lot of time working, studying, and enjoying the outdoors. We are clean and easygoing. We currently do not have any pets or children. 

$800/month including utilities and internet - The room is downstairs in the finished basement with a private bathroom, measures 9x16 feet, and is unfurnished. We also have extra cabinet/freezer/fridge space in the kitchen upstairs. 

We are flexible on the move-in date, but hoping for someone to move in by April 1st. We will also do a background check on applicants and require no pets and no smoking.
