The room is east-facing with black-out blinds and in- and out-of-room storage space options.

— Rent is $800/mo (Includes utilities/water/etc.)

— Located in the Sunnyside neighborhood with a 2-5min drive from 25 and 70. 

— One mile to Saint Catherine's/Adoration

— House amenities include 2 kitchens, a greenhouse, tree-house, waterfall and small pond

— Chicken coop with fresh eggs!

— House is shared with 4 other Catholic ladies.
