Divas on Quivas is recruiting another DIVA for our upstairs BLUE room anytime after 1/1/2020! The room is east-facing with black-out blinds and in- and out-of-room storage space options. Views include downtown Denver and a tease of the mountains. Located in the Sunnyside neighborhood with a 2-5min drive from 25 and 70. House amenities include 2 kitchens, a greenhouse, treehouse, waterfall and small pond (summer months!), and a chicken coop with fresh eggs! House is shared with 4 other Catholic ladies. Rent is $800/mo, which includes utilities/water/etc.
