Hi all - Looking for 1 female roommate to join 2 other Catholic women in a newly renovated home in Virginia Village with large yard and outdoor patio furniture.
The home is 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.

Hardwood floors throughout, family room and kitchen are fully furnished.

The bedroom can either be furnished or unfurnished, per request of the tenant. 
Looking to fill 1 of the rooms which would share a bathroom with 1 other tenant.
The 4th bedroom will be used as a guest room/office, no more than 3 people living in the home.
Washer/Dryer in the home.
Home is equip with Heat/AC/Dishwasher.
Energy & cable/internet not included in rent.
Owner to cover water and lawn care.
1 year lease
Street parking is easy to find right outside the home - no city restrictions
Walking distance to lightrail at Colorado Station (Evans/I-25)
