After five years, our roommate Peter moved out to start school as a Seminarian this week for the Archdiocese of Boston. (Which is a great joy ... but also a sweet sorrow, as we'll miss him.) That also means however, as of today, that we have an open room here in our home! (The bedroom with tons of storage space, and it's HUGE! See photos below.)

We are looking for a gentleman who is a faithful practicing Catholic, and we are happy to answer any questions you may have. You would be welcome to join us (either regularly, or when you have time) each night to do a household Rosary, or morning prayer.

RENT: $1100. Fully furnished home with shared access to EVERYTHING — including High Speed Internet WiFi and Cable, MAID Service, Lawn Care and Snow removal Services, Utilities ... while RENT ALSO Covers Household Expenses like Laundry Room, Bathroom and Cleaning Supplies, Kitchen items, Clean Bathroom Towels and Rags, Etc.

ROOM AVAILABLE: Immediate availability, but would like to have the room filled by November 1st.

LOCATION: Literally right next to Regis University, and five to ten minutes to downtown / Coors Field. We are in a cozy old farm house on two acres. (No horses or cows in the house tho.) : )
